Introduction
All outdoor photographic experiences are based around the soft golden light, which is achieved one hour before sunset. This time can vary throughout the year depending on the hotter/cooler months. Time will be confirmed with you within two weeks of your chosen session date.
All indoor sessions are morning sessions done in my own home (here) when the morning sun is beaming through the windows. I have a beautiful styled bedroom, baby beanbag, wraps, blankets, outfits etc all ready. These are 'lifestyle' home sessions, not studio sessions.
Preparation
After we have confirmed your session date I will email through your booking link which includes my photography contract, invoice and a short questionnaire for you to complete. This allows me to get to know you better to make sure I tell your story authentically and select a location based on the vision you have for your photos. You will then hear from me within two weeks of your chosen date to discuss specifics for your session.
All photographic experiences will come with pre-shoot wardrobe and location guidance. The wardrobe plays a big part in the overall look and feel of your images, so its important to get it right. You have the opportunity to use my client wardrobe if desired or please visit my Wardrobe Guide (here) for additional guidance.
A non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date. This booking fee is inclusive in your package price.
Booking fee can be transferred to another date if contract terms and conditions are met.
Your chosen package total remainder (minus the booking fee) will be due 7 days before your booked session date.
Delivery
After your session you will receive your very own online private gallery of all hand crafted images within 4 weeks, where you can view and personally select your most precious collection of images, all edited by myself with love.
You will have the option to purchase additional digital mages, your entire gallery and/or professional prints and frames via my online store.

Where are you located?
I am based in Karratha in the North West Pilbara region of Western Australia. I can travel to surrounding towns for location shoots if required - just ask!
How far in advance should I book?
Please contact me to discuss booking. Its never to early to secure your date. I am booking out up to 3 months ahead of time so always best to get in early to avoid disappointment.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Your non refundable booking retainer of $100 is due at the time of booking to secure your chosen date. You are welcome to make instalments for your session before the date. Final payment is due 7 days before your session date. If you need additional time to pay off your session please contact me to discuss.
Do you provide raw files?
Absolutely not. My edits are my art!
How can I book with you?
Send me a message via the contact me tab or send an email to fromrenaewithlove@hotmail.com to book in your chosen session type and desired date. I require a $100 booking fee to secure your date. Your chosen package price will be due 7 days before your photo session which I will provide you with payment instructions/invoice. You will receive an email with your invoice total, session time/day and my photography contract which you will need to sign and return prior to our session.
Can you suggest a great location for us?
Absolutely! Once you have confirmed your date and time we can discuss what type of images you have in mind and the setting you desire.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
My turn around time for your entire completed edited gallery is 28 days (4 weeks). I normally edit and deliver your gallery sooner however depending on family commitments. I always prioritise maternity sessions to ensure clients receive your gallery before bubs arrival.
How will I receive my images?
Your gallery of high resolution edited images will be provided to you online via a link on my website. You then have the option to purchase additional images, your entire gallery or prints/products.
What if we are sick?
Please provide 48 hrs notice if you wish to change your session date so we can reschedule. Failure to provide notice will result in forfeit of booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to secure another date.
What do we wear?
Whites, creams, beige, browns - natural fabrics and clothing with lots of moment. AVOID big patterns, logos or bright colours. If you are still unsure send me a message and I will forward you a colour pallet and some examples. I do also have a client wardrobe available free for clients to use!
